Your satisfaction is important to us.
Because LuNatura products are handcrafted personal care items, we can only accept returns of products that are unused, unopened, and in their original condition.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- Product must be unopened and unused.
- Product must be in its original packaging.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll issue your refund to the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Leaking
- Incorrect
please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the product and the packaging
We'll review your request promptly and provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Non-returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened products
- Used products
- Gift cards
- Clearance or Final Sale items (if applicable)
